What are the KS2 vocabulary lists?
The key stage 2 vocabulary lists are lists of words that children are expected to know. A child preparing for the 11+ exam should ensure they know these words. The vocabulary is divided into a list for years 3 & 4 and a list for years 5 & 6. However, these vocabulary lists alone are not sufficient for a child preparing for the 11+ exam, and an 11+ candidate should expand their vocabulary beyond the limits of these vocabulary lists:
